In Growth
We need others to help us navigate through life, and to pursue a path of growth. That’s why the heartbeat of the Community Church of the Open Door is the small group ministry.
We believe that people grow the most spiritually when they are connected to our church through caring and supportive relationships found in a small group. Therefore our vision is to see every person, from the core of our church to the ever growing community, connected to a healthy small group.
Small Groups also help each individual grow in living out the three Biblical purposes of our church: Inclusive (in our worship and fellowship), Intentional (in our growth and service), and Influential (in our community and world). For this reason we refer to our small groups as I-3 Small Groups.
