I-3 Small Groups
“Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ.” ACTS 5:42
Small Groups at Open Door are called I-3 Small Groups and relate directly to the threefold purpose of our church.
INCLUSIVE – INTENTIONAL – INFLUENTIAL
I-3 Small Groups are the heart beat of our church.
In fact, the Church of the Open Door is not just a church with some Small Groups, but it is a church of Small Groups.
Therefore we encourage every person who attends Open Door to get connected to the church through an I-3 Small Group.
I-3 Groups are a great place to make friends, grow in your faith, and find a place to serve with Open Door!

Here’s What the People of Open Door are Saying About I-3 Small Groups:
“We’ve become like a family!”
“Being a part of an I-3 Small Group helped me to not only grow in my faith, but it also gave me an opportunity to build relationships with people at CCOD.”
“We have found that by helping each other in our group with physical & spiritual needs, we have drawn closer as brothers & sisters in Christ.”
“Open Door does what DEFINES a Christian church- IT LOVES PEOPLE. The morning that one of the Growth Groups showed up with rakes to clean up the yard was such a blessing! I had been VERY discouraged, and aside from the actual work (which is formidable), it just means SOOOO much that somebody cares. I want to get one of those corny bumper stickers that says “I love (heart symbol) my church”
HOST AN I-3 SMALL GROUP
