On behalf of all the folks here at The Community Church of the Open Door, I invite you to come to a place where the rules have changed—where you can “Come as You Are” because of God’s grace.
This is a place where we don’t have to hide, pretend, or wear masks because God says we’re acceptable to him—not because of what we’ve done but because of what Christ did for us on the cross. “No perfect people are allowed,” because there are no perfect people!
Since that is true, we are committed to be Inclusive; to genuinely love all people no matter where they are in their spiritual journey.
As a church family committed to Christ and each other, we believe that the Bible teaches us to be Intentional in the practice of our faith. It teaches us that the church is meant to be a loving body of believers who “endeavor to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace,” so we strive to practice the principle of Christ-like love toward one another. Only then, can we hope to be influential in our communities and around the world.
We look forward to your visit and getting to know you. As you settle in, I know that our Lord Jesus Christ has great things in store for you and me as we learn to walk the road of faith together.
