Mark has been the Senior Pastor of Open Door since July of 2003. Mark and his wife Laurie returned to Maine after serving 14 years as missionaries with Avant in Ecuador, South America. They have four children: Amanda and husband Jeremy, Caleb and wife Carrie, Alyssa and husband Naphtali, and Nathaniel.

Jim has been serving as an elder for 20 years at Community Church of the Open Door and joined our pastoral team in September 2010. He is serving as our outreach pastor and is responsible for ministries that influence our local community and world.

Scott grew up at Open Door and has been serving as Youth Pastor since 2005. Scott has a tremendous passion for the Word of God and a love for youth.

Kristie has been serving as our minister of music since 2008. She is responsible for the oversight of our Sunday worship through music service and does a great job putting together special services for holidays such as Easter and Christmas.
